If your gateway is not working with your lock, ensure that the remote function is enabled in the settings after the gateway has been successfully paired with the lock. To do this, go to Settings, then Remote Unlock, and turn it ON.

It's important to note that this device is only compatible with 2.4G Wifi networks, and does not support 5G.
